Most sites go live within 5–7 business days of your order. Once you submit the form and complete payment, we send you a draft preview within 3 business days, you give feedback, and we publish.

Yes — that's what your monthly subscription includes. Email us with what you want changed (text, photos, services, hours, etc.) and we'll update it. Most edits go live within 2 business days.

Email us at hello@toolboxmarketingco.com and we'll cancel it. Your site stays live until the end of your current paid billing period, then it goes offline. We don't issue partial refunds, but you keep service for what you've already paid for. See our Terms of Service for full details.

You own all the content — your business name, photos, descriptions, customer info. We own the underlying website (the design, the code, and the hosting setup). Think of it like leasing a vehicle: it's yours to use, you bring the cargo, and we handle the engine. See Terms of Service for the legal details.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't issue refunds for partial months, since hosting and maintenance costs are paid up front. One-time products (logo design, business cards) are non-refundable once work has begun.

Stripe will automatically retry a failed payment a few times over 1–2 weeks and email you each time. If it still fails, we'll reach out directly before anything happens to your site. Sites are not taken down without contacting you first.

Absolutely. If you already own a domain (e.g., yourcompany.com), we'll point it at your new site at no extra charge. If you don't own one yet, let us know and we'll help you register one.
