Straight Answers
No. We're based in Riverview, but we build sites for contractors all over Florida, and in other states too. Everything happens by phone, text and email, so it works the same in Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Myers, Miami or the Panhandle. If you are in the bay area, we have a page for Tampa Bay contractors as well.
It matters for your service area. A certified license is good statewide, while a registered license covers only the places where you hold local approval. Your site should list the areas you're allowed to work and no more. Tell us which you have and we'll set it up that way. Your license number goes on the site either way.
A little. Seasonal residents and new arrivals can't ask around the way longtime locals do, so your site has to answer what a neighbor would have told them: how long you've been here, that you're licensed and insured, and what your customers say. If you book up before season, we can put that on the site too.
